I have been dedicated to the REO industry since 1997.  I personally inspect each asset, coordinate required property preservation, assess as is value (estimate all repairs) and process every BPO - I DO NOT send an assistant to inspect properties and take photos - I complete all inspections.   I strive to ensure accurate valuations, quality property preservation, continuous communication and on time delivery.   I have sustained quality property preservation contractors and I maintain sufficient funds to manage all assets, assigned to me, per client policy.
